This is the second movement of Asgard & Niflheim. The text (original) is a gripping tale of a group of horseman who get lost in the hills of the east, which is known for Draugr. These undead creatures from Norse mythology attempt to capture and sacrifice the men. Only songs of ancient past can rid them death!

"Riding north to the hills they made their way in the rising sun.
The trees that marked their way, marked their way.
Sleep now upon the green.
The air is cold, and their sight addled by the mist.
Blackness settles and fear enters the mind;
Desolate, fraught, foul.
"Liggja, liggja! Koma a fjorlag!"
Songs of ancient past hear the cries and let brightness come again!
